Bodies have turned up all over New York and everyone is scared. There has been 10 murders in 10 week all committed with a gun, and still nobody has a clue who the murderer is.
Mr Hector Rockatansky is a psychiatrist. He doesn't know it yet but he is the only one who can stop the violent killer.
When his niece, Kate Parkes, is kidnapped, Mr Rockatansky finds himself in the middle of the investigation. His only clue is a voice recording.
He enlists the help of a smart actor called Naomi Sweet.
Naoimi needs to help Rockatansky solve who the killer is and find his niece before the deadly killer strikes again...
